Our Story

For years, the market has been dominated by generic offerings, limited support, and little connection to the people actually using them. Products were available, but not always reliable. Accessible, but not always complete. Functional, but rarely designed with the full experience in mind. We were keen on changing that.Our foundations trace back over two decades in the event products industry across Asia, where manufacturing, sourcing, and product variety operate at a highly advanced level. Building on that experience, we brought this knowledge to Europe in 2021—taking the time to understand the region, its expectations, and the nuances that define how products are actually used across different markets.What became clear was not a lack of availability, but a lack of alignment.In 2025, Flaire by MA was launched to address that gap.Rather than focusing only on the product, we also focus on everything surrounding it. Each item is developed as part of a broader system—where usability, clarity, service, and reliability are considered from the beginning. From multilingual digital manuals and simplified setup, to local support and continuous product improvements, every detail is designed to reduce friction and build confidence.Because in practice, what matters is not just what a product does—but how consistently and easily it performs when it is needed most.Our work is guided by close interaction with customers across different types of events—from private celebrations to professional productions. Their feedback directly shapes how we refine existing products, develop new versions, and expand our range.
